West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“WKCDA”) invites interested tenderers to submit proposals for the Provision of M+ Brand Development and Application Services for the West Kowloon Cultural District (“WKCD”).

Description of the requirements:
WKCDA seeks to appoint one service provider to provide services for the further development of M+ brand and its application. The branding strategy builds on the existing M+ logo and has the capability to be applied across all M+ physical and virtual platforms.  The service provider will be required to create a powerful and cohesive character that communicates consistent messages across a variety of channels.  The brand system should support five significant and inter-related aspects of M+:

  1. The physical building and its activities
  2. Large scale blockbuster exhibitions
  3. The M+ global digital presence
  4. Retail and e-commerce
  5. Learning and interpretation

Collection of Proposal Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to bess.leung@wkcda.hk with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.

Submission of Proposals:
Proposal submission must be deposited in the Tender Box at Units 608-613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong at or before 17:00 p.m. on 19 October 2018 (Hong Kong time). ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION AND LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Enquiries must be emailed to cy.lau@wkcda.hk at or before 12:00 noon on 10 October 2018. Enquiries submitted thereafter will not be answered.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Request for Proposal, including the preparation and/ or submission of the proposals, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested tenderers.

WKCDA reserves the right to accept the proposal which WKCDA in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous to WKCDA. WKCDA does not bind itself to accept any proposal irrespective of whether the proposal is the lowest bid or has the highest overall mark. WKCDA also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the Request for Proposal or to negotiate with any tenderer.
